Once all required plugins has installed, you can go to Tools > Import and select WordPress from the list. This wizard will automatically import demo data to your site and configure your WordPress installation for correct work with our theme.

If you haven’t installed the WordPress Importer plugin, Just click Install Now. When the installation progress is completed, click Run Importer.

After installed the WordPress Importer plugin, click Browse and select "mallow-content.xml" file from the download package and click Upload file and import button to import the demo content.

When you are asked to import author, you can create new author or import to existing author. You also should check the checkbox Download and import file attachments.

Once complete you should see a successful import message. If you get a blank screen after import don’t worry the content was successfully imported into the database. It’s a WordPress 4.7 bug. Try to sign-out and sign-in again and see your posts, Media Library and Menus.
